When you sign in, your dashboard shows a First-Time Setup checklist with a progress bar. Each item has a short "How it works" tutorial and a button that takes you straight to the right page.
Recommended order
- Add a property & units
- Add your tenant(s)
- Screen an applicant (credit check)
- Create & e-sign a lease
- Add rent history, then turn on reminders + Equifax reporting
