No Regards For Common Spaces - Patio Table Always Had Garbage, Walkways Were Occupied With Commercial Equipment And/or Waste. Painted Unit Walls Without Permission That Looked Like A 2 Year Or Did It - Runny Paint Drips And Brush Marks To Ceiling. Damaged Doors (punched And Slammed), Appliances (broken Handle/ Punch Dents), Ripped Window Screens, Missing Floor Trims, Stolen Parts (drywall Covers, Blind Tilt Rods), 100 Screws/nails In The Walls. Tennant Left A Lot Garbage (furniture And Belongings) And Filth Like Animals Have Been Living There.
