Landlord Message to Other Landlords: Ltb Adjudicator Acted Like A Defense Lawyer For Tenant, It's All Ok When Tenant Got Rental Address Wrong And Did Not Deliver Disclosure Properly. Adjudicator Trusted Tenant More Than Landlord Even Though Tenant Provided No Direct Evidence. Tenant Also Claimed N1 And N5 Notices Caused His Mental Problem And Disability And Demand $50000 Damage. Many Times, The Tenant Took Picture And Video Of Landlord Without Consent And Threatened Landlord With Body Harm. The Tenant Is Of African Origin And In His 60s, Live On Welfare. Tenant Refused To Pay Rent Increase. Tenant Also Bragged About That He Never Lost A Case With Ltb.
