Ltb Court Issued An Eviction Order With A Move-out Date March 31, 2025. The Tenant Did Not Comply Even With The Ltb Court Order And Continued To Occupy The Unit Unlawfully. A Second Ltb Court Order Issued By Tribunals Ontario Requires The Tenant To Pay For All The Outstanding Rent Arrears And Filing Fees. The Sheriff Enforced The Eviction On April 14, 2025 And The Tenant Was Removed From The Property.
