I Left The Property On The 8th Month And Always Paid My Share Of Rent On Time. The File 'highlighted Ledger Of Payments' Shows The Number Of Times Demica's Payments Were Bounced Back With An Additional $25 Non-sufficient Fee. Once The Lease Ended And After The Ltb Hearing I Ended Up Being On The Hook For Her Portion Of Unpaid Rent And I'm Currently Paying $477 Every Month To The Landlord To Cover The Rent Arrears.
