No. With the flat-fee packages there is no commission to pay when you rent your property yourself. You pay the one-time flat fee and keep the rest. If you would rather have a licensed Realtor handle everything end-to-end, our Full-Service Tenant Placement is a one-month-rent commission (plus HST) — still far less than ongoing management fees.

A licensed Realtor handles everything: professional marketing, MLS® syndication, coordinating and conducting showings, tenant screening, lease preparation, deposit collection, and move-in coordination. It also includes a 12-month placement guarantee and a 12-month legal guarantee. The fee is one month's rent plus HST, paid once the tenant is placed.
Once you complete your order and send us your photos and property details, your listing is typically prepared and submitted to the MLS® board within 1–2 business days, after which it syndicates to REALTOR.ca automatically.
