Our team prepares and files all required N4 and L1 notices, provides Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) representation, and coordinates re-listing of your property after eviction.
- Coverage: Non-payment of rent only (N4, L1, LTB representation, eviction coordination).
- Duration: 3-month coverage (Basic Package).
- Eligibility: Landlord must report any missed rent within 5 calendar days of the due date.
- Requirements: Landlord must use LandlordEzy™ for rent reporting and communication to stay eligible.
- Exclusions: Property damage, maintenance disputes, or landlord-caused defaults are not covered.
- Fees not included: LTB filing, sheriff, or other government fees are the landlord's responsibility.
- Re-Listing Guarantee: One complimentary MLS® re-listing if eviction or move-out occurs within active coverage.
