s.31.6 — Annual report

31.6 (1) Every year, the Commission shall prepare an annual report on the affairs of the Commission that occurred during the 12-month period ending on March 31 of each year. (2) The Commission shall submit the report to the Speaker of the Assembly no later than on June 30 in each year who shall cause the report to be laid before the Assembly if it is in session or, if not, at the next session. (3) The Commission shall give a copy of the report to the Minister at least 30 days before it is submitted to the Speaker under subsection (2).
