s.33 — Panels

Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19

33 (1) The chair of the Tribunal may appoint panels composed of one or more members of the Tribunal to exercise and perform the powers and duties of the Tribunal. (2) If a panel of the Tribunal holds a hearing, the chair of the Tribunal shall designate one member of the panel to preside over the hearing. (3) Repealed:
