s.45.12 — Objects

45.12 The objects of the Centre are, (a) to establish and administer a cost-effective and efficient system for providing support services, including legal services, respecting applications to the Tribunal under Part IV; (b) to establish policies and priorities for the provision of support services based on its financial resources.
