s.45.15 — Government funding

45.15 (1) The Centre shall submit its annual budget to the Minister for approval every year in a manner and form, and at a time, specified in the regulations. (2) If approved by the Minister, the annual budget shall be submitted to Cabinet to be reviewed for inclusion in the estimates of the Ministry. (3) The money required for the purposes of this Act shall be paid out of such money as is appropriated therefor by the Legislature.
