45.5 (1) In a proceeding under this Part, the Tribunal may consider policies approved by the Commission under section 30. (2) Despite subsection (1), the Tribunal shall consider a policy approved by the Commission under section 30 in a proceeding under this Part if a party to the proceeding or an intervenor requests that it do so.
