49 In this Part, “effective date” means the day sections 4 and 5 of the Human Rights Code Amendment Act, 2006 come into force; (“date d’effet”) “new Part IV” means Part IV as it reads on and after the effective date; (“nouvelle partie IV”) “old Part IV” means Part IV as it reads before the effective date. (“ancienne partie IV”)
