s.15 — Material to be filed

15. If an application is made by a new tenant under subsection 115 (1) of the Act, the landlord shall file with the Board, at or before the hearing, an affidavit sworn by the landlord setting out the last lawful rent charged to the former tenant and any available evidence in support of the affidavit.
