s.37 — Prescribed percentage, period

37. (1) The prescribed percentage for the purposes of subsection 128 (3) of the Act is the percentage decrease in utility costs that results in a percentage decrease in rent of 0.50 per cent or more as determined under subsections 36 (1) and (2) of this Regulation.
