s.62 — Transition, s. 9 of the Rental Fairness Act, 2017

62. Section 55.1 of the Act, as enacted by section 9 of the Rental Fairness Act, 2017, applies only with respect to notices of termination of the tenancy given by a landlord under section 48 or 50 of the Act on or after the day section 9 of the Rental Fairness Act, 2017 comes into force.
