s.17 — Decision

Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22

Official text

17 (1) A tribunal shall give its final decision and order, if any, in any proceeding in writing and shall give reasons in writing therefor if requested by a party. ; (2) A tribunal that makes an order for the payment of money shall set out in the order the principal sum, and if interest is payable, the rate of interest and the date from which it is to be calculated.
