s.169 — Composition

169 (1) The members of the Board shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. (2) The members of the Board who are not public servants employed under Part III of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 shall be paid the remuneration fixed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council and the reasonable expenses incurred in the course of their duties under this Act, as determined by the Minister.  ; (3) Members of the Board may be persons who are employed under Part III of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006.  ;
