184 (1) The Statutory Powers Procedure Act applies with respect to all proceedings before the Board. (2) Subsection 5.1 (2) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act does not apply with respect to an application under section 132 or 133 or an application solely under paragraph 1 of subsection 126 (1). (3) Subsection 5.1 (3) of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act does not apply to an application under section 126, 132 or 133.
