s.200 — Amend application

Residential Tenancies Act, 2006

Official text

200 (1) An applicant may amend an application to the Board in accordance with the Rules. (2) Subject to subsection (3), an applicant may withdraw an application at any time before the hearing begins. (3) An applicant may withdraw an application under paragraph 4 of subsection 29 (1) only with the consent of the Board. (4) An applicant may withdraw an application after the hearing begins with the consent of the Board.
