s.208 — Notice of decision

Residential Tenancies Act, 2006

Official text

208 (1) The Board shall send each party who participated in the proceeding, or the person who represented the party, a copy of its order, including the reasons if any have been given, in accordance with section 191. ; (2) Section 18 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act does not apply to proceedings under this Act.
