s.9 — Application to determine issues

Residential Tenancies Act, 2006

9 (1) A landlord or a tenant may apply to the Board for an order determining, (a) whether this Act or any provision of it applies to a particular rental unit or residential complex; (b) any other prescribed matter. (2) On the application, the Board shall make findings on the issue as prescribed and shall make the appropriate order.
