s.94.3 — Form, contents of notice of termination

94.3 (1) A notice of termination under section 94.2 shall be in a form approved by the Board and shall, (a) identify the member unit for which the notice is given; (b) state the date on which the occupancy is to terminate; and (c) be signed by a director of the co-operative giving the notice, a person authorized to act for the co-operative or the co-operative’s agent. (2) The notice shall also set out the reasons for and details respecting the termination and inform the member that, (a) if the member vacates the member unit in accordance with the notice, the occupancy terminates on the date set out in clause (1) (b); (b) if the member does not vacate the member unit, the co-operative may apply to the Board for an order terminating the occupancy of the member unit and evicting the member; and (c) if the co-operative applies for an order, the member is entitled to dispute the application.
