s.96 — Tenant’s notice to terminate, refusal of assignment

96 (1) A tenant may give notice of termination of a tenancy if the circumstances set out in subsection 95 (4) apply. (2) The date for termination specified in the notice shall be at least a number of days after the date of the notice that is the lesser of the notice period otherwise required under this Act and 30 days.
