s.46.2 — Penalty

46.2 (1) Every person who contravenes section 9 or subsection 31 (14), 31.1 (8) or 44 (13) or an order of the Tribunal is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not more than $25,000. (2) No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted except with the consent in writing of the Attorney General.
