s.32 — When rent increase may be taken

32. (1) Subject to section 33 of this Regulation, if the Board orders a rent increase for a rental unit under subsection 126 (10) of the Act, that rent increase may only be taken within 12 months of the first intended rent increase referred to in the application for a rental unit in the residential complex.
