She was a tenant of mine for about four years and then became unemployed and stopped paying rent for about five months until I was able to Victor and get a judgement. She owes just under $7000 and before the sheriff came, she trashed the place which cost approximately $14,000 to repair it. Be careful with her. This is in Windsor Ontario.
